Delivery Policy

All of our bouquets and flower arrangements are personally hand-delivered by our courtesies driver, and we make every effort to deliver your order on time. We will call the recipient before delivery to ensure the recipient is home, or at the delivery address provided by the sender. Please make sure you provided the correct telephone number of the recipient when ordering. Upon successful delivery, the sender will receive a delivery confirmation notice through email. Unlike others, we will NEVER leave the flowers in recipient's porch, garage, or entrance unless otherwise specified by the sender or the recipient.

We are a proud member of both Florists Transworld Delivery (established 1910) and Teleflora. We offer extensive delivery services. Most of our flower arrangements can be delivered the same day in most major cities & urban areas within Canada and the U.S. by one of our trusted member florists. To assure same-day delivery, orders must be received before noon or 12:00 PM in the recipient's time zone, Monday - Saturday. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day.

During any major holidays, we recommend that you place your order at least 5 days in advance to ensure on time delivery, especially for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and during Christmas period.

Availability for Sunday delivery varies with each area. If we are unable to arrange for delivery on Sunday, and if time permits we will deliver your order on Saturday, including Birthday and Anniversaries. If both Saturday or Sunday are not available, then the order will be delivered on the following Monday. You will be contacted first before we rescheduling any deliveries.

You may request a specific delivery time frame in the special instruction box during checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences, but we cannot guarantee delivery within the specific time. Our regular delivery times are 9am-5pm Monday to Saturday.

Funeral Flower orders have our highest priority. If you ordered too late to make the funeral service, we will give you a call so that you can make other arrangements or have something sent to the home or the family. We normally would contact the funeral home to verify the time of the service and schedule your delivery time accordingly. If you have selected a delivery date that is before the actual service, we will deliver your order per the recipient's request or the funeral home instructions.

Most gift baskets shown on this website ships via FedEx from a third party supplier. K&J Flowers can not deliver those gift baskets directly from our location. Please allow min. 3-7 business days for standard/ground shipping. Next day and 2nd day shipping is also available at an additional cost.

We occasionally have trouble delivering to some rural areas and you will be contacted if the delivery service is unavailable. In some cases, delivery to such rural areas can be arranged for an additional fee; we will contact you if such a situation arises.

Please note: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, RR#'s or A.P.O's.

We offer next day International Delivery. Simply order online or order by phone and let us do the rest.
